Online orders are processed and fulfilled during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please be aware that holiday schedules may affect both our fulfillment times and the operating schedules of shipping carriers. When delays occur due to a holiday closure, orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible on the following business day.

Redneck Diesel Performance LLC is not responsible for processing delays caused by orders being placed outside regular business hours or during holiday closures.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier selected at checkout, transit times and delivery are under the carrier’s control. Delays, lost packages, or other delivery issues occurring after shipment should be reported directly to the selected carrier using the tracking information provided.
